I am thoroughly happy with my experience working with the Townsend Team. Katy Foley worked with me on the possible purchase of a piece of property that I in the end decided not to buy. I can't say enough about the time and energy that Katy put into making sure all my questions were answered and helping me through the process. I then worked with Scott and his team to sell my Scarborough home. The professionalism, teamwork, support and communication were everything my ex-husband and I needed to make this sale successful. Melanie Morse in particular was incredibly helpful and was on top of answering all of our questions and getting the information we needed. I would highly recommend this team and will be reaching out to them when I start looking for a new home to purchase.

Kathy Harvey-Brown crushed it on the purchase of our new home, and we found our dream home in a matter of days! She did an excellent job of architecting an offer that delivered us our forever home. Melanie Morse was the engine that kept the sale & purchase moving. She was an expert at communicating our deadlines, explaining the paperwork and making sure things were executed on time! Kevin Young was instrumental in helping us list and prepare our home for sale. His work helped us get top dollar on the sale!
