Sunny came to Maine for a vacation and stayed for a lifetime! Originally from PA and a graduate of Susquehanna University, she made the move to Maine after her first visit to the beautiful coast and Higgins Beach. In 2003 she partnered with Scott in business and has since led and cultivated a dynamic and exceptional team excelling in residential, vacation and luxury sales and rentals. Together they are a winning combination with most of their clients having been referred. Their focus continues to be on relationships and building upon them.
Scott & Sunny are also real estate investors, residing and owning several properties in Scarborough as well as Sugar Loaf. They support numerous community organizations and enjoy the diverse outdoor playground that Maine offers from biking, paddling, snowboarding and gardening and especially when they can include their two fur babies. They also love to travel & value their beach time – where they were married!
