Before real estate, he built a career in community partnership work, including leadership and management roles with the Maine Department of Labor and United Way. He also has a strong financial-services background, including experience leading the team at KeyBank. That combination gives Mahir a practical understanding of financing, documentation, and the details that matter when clients are making major decisions.
He has extensive experience working with diverse communities, including immigrant families, first-time homebuyers, and veterans, and he is passionate about making the homebuying process understandable and accessible. Above all, Mahir puts his clients first—listening closely, communicating clearly, and advocating for their best interests at every step.
Mahir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philology and Linguistics (2010), which strengthens his ability to communicate clearly, navigate details, and connect with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
