Born and raised in Stoneham, Massachusetts; Kevin first joined the team in the summer of 2018. As a lifelong Higgins Beacher, Kevin has always had a great passion for the Scarborough & Greater Portland community which is why he decided to make Maine his new home. Kevin has been supporting our sales agents as the Marketing & Listing Coordinator for our Real Estate division for the last 4 years and after working part-time for our rentals division for the last few seasons, he has officially made the transition to a full-time member of our HigginsBeachMaine.com team! Kevin’s knowledge & passion for the Higgins Beach area, attention to detail and innate problem-solving abilities, allow our clients and guests to rest easy knowing they are in good hands. In his free time, you can find Kevin golfing at Willowdale Golf Club, fishing for stripers in the Spurwink & Nonesuch Rivers and skiing at Sunday River!
