Rentals Administrator - Sales Agent

Kelly, a Scarborough native, first met Sunny Townsend when they worked together at a local travel agency. When Sunny left her position to join Scott in real estate, Kelly stepped into her position as manager for the department and spent the next 12 years honing her customer service, administrative and leadership skills.

In 2014, Kelly took the leap into property management where she handled the administration and bookkeeping for over 600 apartments. Sunny and Kelly remained connected through the years, as a past client as well as through Kelly's sister Meghan McDonald, a member of the real estate team. The stars aligned for Kelly & Sunny to once again work together when a bookkeeping and administration position became available in the rentals division, it was clear it would be the perfect role for Kelly!

When she isn't working, Kelly can be found spending time with family and friends, playing pool with her husband, playing frisbee with her dogs or creating a one of a kind resin creation.
